Astound Adds SWRV TV and SWRV TV HD

Astound works hard to add a variety of new content to our cable TV channel lineups in the Bay Area. This time, we're happy to announce the launch of SWRV TV and SWRV TV HD in all of the regions that we serve. The addition of SWRV TV HD puts Astound at over 77 HD channels in our standard lineups, with even more HD content on HD On Demand.

SWRV TV is a revolutionary new way to combine social media and music TV, making a truly interactive music video network. Vote for the content you want to see, battle with a friend on original shows like FaceOff, dedicate a video to someone, and even upload your own content to the station.

If you're a current Astound cable TV customer with equipment to access HD channels, you will find SWRV TV HD on channel 946 in Concord, and channel 226 in San Mateo. If you have a DVR or digital receiver and a subscription to Enhanced Basic Cable, or a greater tier, you will find SWRV TV on channel 439 in Concord and 400 in San Mateo.
