Your monthly statement of Astound services is designed to make it easy for you to read and understand. When your bill arrives in the mail, read it carefully to:

• Make sure you understand the charges and activities that have taken place on your account
• Learn about service specials, events, changes, and legal notifications as they arise

Your first Astound statement will consist of:

• Charges for your first and second month of service
• Installation charges, where applicable
