If your current phone package was set up before 4/14/09 and you are interested in the Astound Phone Portal, please call 1-800-427-8686 to see how you can switch to one of our newer phone packages.

• Dial your own 10-digit phone number from your home phone, or dial *9.
• You will be asked to enter your password. This will be the last 4 digits of your telephone number until it's changed during the setup procedure.
• You will hear detailed instructions for changing your password, recording your greeting, and more.

• Dial the Voice Mail Access Number

• When prompted, enter your own 10-digit phone number.
• Press the star (*) key during the greeting.
• Enter the temporary pass code for first-time access of 1234.
• Record your name. This is used when you call the system so it can address you by name.
• Record your personal greeting.

• Dial your own 10-digit phone number from your home phone, or dial *9.
• Enter your password when prompted.
